Several volunteers accepted an invitation to attend the 2023 Focus Group and Sounding Board presentation held virtually via zoom on March 1, 2023. The zoom room was facilitated by John Kepner, Fenway Management Advisors, and Melonie Butler, Executive Director of I Choose To Win to review proposed plans and changes to the organizational framework.
During the focus group, past program participants and volunteers extended invitations to individuals with no experience about I Choose to Win to test the ideas of future programming and new ideas presented at the meeting. The hour and a half session proved fruitful as there were key takeaways and consensus on several proposed next steps. Details are intentionally being withheld at this time as not all ideas or recommendations will be executed at this time. One new thing coming for 2023 is the opportunity to join I Choose To Win as a member. A plan is being developed, which is currently scheduled for rollout in Q3 2023.
