I Choose To Win’s signature semi-annual program, It’s My Time Cohort, kicked off its Fall 2023 session November 7th and ran through December 12th, inviting up to 15 women who are ready to make a positive life pivot an opportunity to belong to a virtual collective of women performing deep introspective reflection and goal setting for 6 consecutive weeks. Over the course of six weeks, participants were invited to delve into the depths of their identities, life choices and aspirations, fostering a community of honesty, encouragement and growth. This private, small group experience offers a supportive space where women can share triumphs and challenges, setting the stage for remarkable milestones and personal achievement. Past participants have not only created tangible life aspirations but have also embraced the women they’ve always envisioned, making life-altering commitments to themselves and sparking positive changes that resonate far beyond the program.
The “It’s My Time” experience unfolds through engaging virtual sessions held weekly via Zoom, creating a safe haven for introspection and a platform to celebrate individual milestones. These 1.5-hour sessions are thoughtfully crafted to facilitate meaningful conversations, accountability, and collective encouragement. In between these meetups, participants receive personalized action items tailored to their unique journeys, ensuring continuous progress by integrating the lessons learned during virtual sessions into their everyday lives. The program challenges women to explore their true potential, encouraging them to bring their hopes, dreams, and positive anticipation about the future to each session as they collectively work towards achieving personal milestones in just six weeks. Whether it’s starting a new business, planning a life pivot, launching a podcast, outlining a book, creating a program, making lifestyle changes, or shifting mindsets, the “It’s My Time” Fall Cohort empowers women to turn their desires into reality, fostering intentional focus and cultivating new habits for lasting change.
