On Saturday, March 1, 2025, the Union County Alumnae Chapter (NC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. hosted the I’m Every Woman Leadership Conference: TRANSCEND at South Piedmont Community College in Monroe, North Carolina. The event, now in its third year, was an empowering day of leadership, growth, and inspiration, celebrating the strength and resilience of women.
I Choose To Win Founder and Executive Director Melonie Butler served as the keynote speaker, delivering a transformational message that encouraged attendees to transcend their limitations and reach new heights in all areas of life. Melonie, known for her passion for empowering women to thrive, shared her wisdom and energy with the audience, reminding them of their limitless potential.
Reflecting on the experience, Melonie expressed her gratitude, “Thank you to the beautiful souls and conference leaders for having me as this year’s keynote speaker for the 3rd annual I’m Every Woman Conference.
