It’s My Time, the signature cohort experience offered to adult women within the I Choose To Win Community, was held for 6-weeks from April 12 – May 17, 2023. The cohort is held weekly for participants to meet virtually to establish connection, initiate introspective reflection, participate in goal setting and action planning, and embark upon a unique personal journey to “win” in a specific area of life. With weekly lessons, challenges and milestones, the cohort quickly becomes a safe space to share the trials and triumphs of making positive changes aligned with the direction we hope to take our lives.
For the Spring 2023 edition, participants also had the opportunity to have an in-person weekend retreat scheduled for the last weekend in May to UNPLUG; Tuning out the world to tune into oneself. It was a beautiful time of connection, reflection and relaxation.
